Hi Sofia, I'm sorry you are suffering with this. I have struggled with depression on and off since I was 12. I have been vegan since November. I do feel a little better but at first it was harder as my body detoxed from all the nasty unhealthy foods I had been eating.this only lasted a week or so. The best suggestion I have would be going to see a counselor so you can talk out some of your problems and get some great tips on how to deal. If money is an issue there are even places that base their fees on income do you won't have to pay an arm and a leg for it. Hope this is helpful and if you wanna talk, feel free to message me.
