But I do some modifying, which is easy to do with this recipe: I don't put the tomatoes in, I add olives, and I put jalapeños on top (if you like it spicy). These are great to make and freeze for a quick meal when you don't have time to cook, and they reheat very easily. If you don't like vegan cheese, they taste just a good (maybe even a little better) without it. :)
