I've been vegan for about 2 months and working out 5x a week. I do treadmill intervals every time, not much strength training. My diet is pretty good. Very rarely I'll have a processed meal. I'm also nursing.
I've noticed a change in the way my body looks but havent dropped any weight. Is it possible that I'm losing fat? I don't feel like I'm gaining muscle if I'm just doing cardio.
Also is there anything I can change to get the weight down? Should I add in strength or eat a certain way? Thanks for the help!
