Last night I reheated some brown rice as a quick meal before Yoga. I've had trouble with rice in the past because i'm not a huge fan of Soy Sauce. I was feeling like a bit of a daredevil and added some Roasted Garlic Hummus I had in my fridge. It was Delicious! The rice was creamy, vegan and full of flavor!
What are some other tasty ways to flavor rice?
I want to have a new favorite before i get sick of hummus!
