Kind Diet calorie counts

Hi all,

Does anyone know how much the recipe for Lentil Stew (p. 171) makes? (in pints, quarts, cups, etc., not "servings") I'm participating in a fitness program which requires me to keep track of calories/protein, etc. I've been entering the recipes in livestrong/myplate, but don't know the "yield."
