Hi guys! I know the title sounds completely desperate but that is exactly how i feel. I am trying to lose weight and i ve been a vegetarian for about a month now. I went to 6 dieticians and all 6 of them denied to give me a vegetarian diet plan! They say meat and especially fish is very needed to us and bla bla bla... I dont know yet if choosing the vegetarian way of eating will do any good for me. It is really early to see if that suits me. But i really wanna try it. I live in Greece and in my country the veg group is approximately 10% of all people or even less. I know it wont be easy at all to find a professional who can help me so i decided to do it on my own. I need to lose about 12 kilos and i need from you guys to tell me if you know any books or sites talking about building a veg diet. Like how much of iron a woman needs a day and which are the sources?... I would appreciate any help i can get!! Sorry if my english are not very well...
