After the birth of my 2nd child I became a flirt, then a vegan, then back to flirt, and ultimately fell off the bandwagon. After watching a few newer documentaries, I am recommitting myself to the flirt stage. I easily have 60lbs to lose, but am focusing on one day at a time rather than trying to drop it all quickly (I'm 6 foot tall and weigh 234 lbs). The smallest I was while vegan was 200 lbs and wore a size 12, and I was perfectly happy (even though the Dr's chart says I should be closer to 170).
Can someone take a look at my perspective food list? It's below :) I appreciate any feedback!
Breakfast: Egg substitute omlette with green bell peppers and onions
Lunch: Salad (coleslaw mix), apple cider vinegar
Snack: Banana, almond butter
Dinner: Quinoa, steamed veggies, maybe some avocado or tofu
Drinks: blueberry tea & water water water!
