Hi The Kind Life Community. We had a problem with recycling in our house. Specifically, the kids/husband weren't as good about recycling as they should have been. Any room that didn't have a recycle bin (e.g. bathroom, bedroom, playroom) often ended up with recyclables in the trash! After one too many disagreements about it, we went to the store to buy a combo trash/recycle bin for each room. There was one problem. We couldn't find one. So we decided to invent our own. We did, but then we took it to manufacturers. Most of them said, "No one wants to recycle in every room." Some of them said, "Interesting idea, show me the marketing study." As a husband and wife team we didn't have a marketing study, so we are conducting one right now. We are doing a Kickstarter to bring our eco-friendly trash/recycle can (made from recycled plastic in the USA) to market.
