Weight loss Shake?

So I've seen other posts including people using Shakeology for a weight loss and meal replacement. However, it's very expensive.

I've seen a lot of different types of shakes and powders at Whole Foods and other natural stores and I'm wondering if anyone has used any of them and what's worked?

I work long hours and really want a meal replacement type of shake that are also vegan. If I lose weight in the process then great.

Any ideas?
