Homemade Peanut Butter Or Coconut Cream Eggs

Does anyone have a recipe for homemade peanut butter or coconut cream eggs for easter. My mom would get them every year for us but the place she ordered them from does not make them anymore. I was thinking about making Alicias peanut butter cup filling and rolling it into an eggs, then coating with vegan chocolate. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks
