Easter Dinner!

Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone could give me any ideas as to what to bring to an Easter dinner. This is my first vegan holiday (I've been vegetarian the rest),and want others to try delicious vegan recipes, but which one!? Any suggestions?
Thanks!
My favorite holliday dish is squash sweetened with maple syrup or mashed sweet potatoes. I have to say i am anti tofurky whole foods are the way to go. Think about the Easter dishes you like best and veganize it.
Thank you so much,AmyG! Good ideas--yeah,I'm not really into the "Tofurky" processed-vegan foods route either. Whole foods all the way!
Vegan with a Vengence by Isa Chandra has a really yummy kugel. I know it sounded weird to me too but i wanted to make something special. I made it a few nights ago, it was amazing. Very spring like. Green veggies and green herbs. She also does a blog with lots of great recipes. Its post punk kitchen. She uses whole foods. Fun fact... Isa wrote the dessert recipes for the forks over knives cookbook.
Thank you so much for the suggestion! Sounds yummy!! And I never knew that she wrote for Forks Over Knives cookbook! Cool!
UPDATE: Easter dinner is now over and done with, and I ended up making the Vegan Shepard's Pie for dinner that Alicia posted on the site for St.Patrick's Day, and I also made a dessert, which was the "No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie" from the book "Vegan's Daily Companion". They both went over really well, especially the dessert!
