Left over cheesecake stuff

Hey fellow vegans!
I am making the mixed berry cheesecake from the kind diet. My pan isn't very big though so I couldn't put all the cheesecake in on top of the crust. Does anyone have any ideas for what I can do with it so I don't waste it?? Thanks!! :)

Use muffin tins and make mini cheese cakes with the leftovers.
