Crunchy Green Salad

A great crunch salad that goes with any meal or is a meal in itself.

10 min cook | 2 servings | 10 min prep


  • iceburg or romaine lettuce 0.5 na
  • small fresh spinach leaves 1 cup
  • spring onions chopped 3 na
  • cucumber chopped 0.25 na
  • green pepper thinly sliced 1 na
  • olive oil 2 tbsp
  • cider vinegar 2 tbsp
  • dried herbs 0.5 tsp


  1. Combine all the fresh ingredients in a large bowl. In a cup or small bowl mix the oil
  2. vinegar and herbs together until well blended
  3. then stir into your salad.
