Crunchy Green Salad
A great crunch salad that goes with any meal or is a meal in itself.

- iceburg or romaine lettuce 0.5 na
- small fresh spinach leaves 1 cup
- spring onions chopped 3 na
- cucumber chopped 0.25 na
- green pepper thinly sliced 1 na
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- cider vinegar 2 tbsp
- dried herbs 0.5 tsp
- Combine all the fresh ingredients in a large bowl. In a cup or small bowl mix the oil
- vinegar and herbs together until well blended
- then stir into your salad.
