Tahini Soba noodles with Kelp & cumcumber
This is a quick and easy recipe to make when you come home from a busy day.

- Soba noodles 8 ounce
- 1 8oz package of soba noodles1 roll of kelp sea weed1 Kirby cucumber sliced on fours and chopped1/4 cup of Tahini paste3/4 of cup of Tamari1 tablespoon of miran1/2 teaspoon of rice wine1 tea spoon of agave nectar1/4 tea spoon of hot pepper flakes ( optional)Put kelp in boiling water 5 minutes. Then add soba noodles for 3 or ready.drain add cucumber .Wisk together tahini
- rice wine and agave in a bowl.pore over the noodles and enjoy.
