A fine example of not having to give up the good stuff!

- rice milk 0.5 cup
- h2o 0.5 cup
- melted earth balance 0.25 cup
- maple syrup 2 tbsp
- whole wheat flour 1 cup
- salt 0.25 tsp
- In a large mixing bowl
- blend rice milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- and salt. Cover and chill the mixture for 2 hours.
- Lightly grease a 5 to 6 inch skillet. Heat the skillet until hot. Pour approximately 3 tablespoons batter into the skillet. Swirl to make the batter cover the skillet
