Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

I threw these cookies together with random ingrediants around the house when my husband announced that he was craving dessert at 9:00 o’clock at night! I drizzled a bit of the Trader Joe’s maple/agave syrup blend over the cookies when I served them. Delicious!

I have never tried any of the recipes before. I have a question. What is 0,5 cup and 0.125 cup. I have never seen this measurement before. Hope someone sees this because I would love to make these today

if you just google .125 cup equals you will see it is 2 Tbsp. : ) hope that helps.

Oh I know the 0.25 is a 1/4 cup and it just dawned on me that the 0.5 is 1/2 cup but what is the 0.125 cup I still don’t get that one. Muct be just a drizzle. I see it says add more maple if it is too crumbly

I noticed the measurements too & thought the same. 0.5 cup=1/2 cup; 0.25 cup=1/4 cup; 0.125 cup=1/8 cup (which is half of the 1/4 cup.)

These look wonderful. We are thinking of using this recipe in our gluten-free bakery in Vancouver! What kind of oil should we use?
