Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg Okra
  • 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilly powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard oil (or any other which you use)

Directions

  1. Wash Okra and cut them into small (round) 4-5 pieces.
  2. Mix green chillies with Okra
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder.
  5. Add Okra and fry them
  6. Add Salt.Cover and simmer it for 10 mins.
  7. Keep stirring it time to time.
  8. Finally add dry mango powder and mix well
  9. Its ready to serve.
