This recipe is great. It is just another way to have hummus. I just made it vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chick peas
  • 1 cup Artichokes
  • 1/2 cup veganaise
  • 2 tablespoons vegan parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

  1. Put in food processor and blend.

    5 min.
  • yields
    4 serv.
