very simple, but very delicious. start with peeling a fresh rip avocado, and placing it in a bowl, then mash it. then add about 125 grams of cherry tomatoes, less if u prefer. quarter the cherry tomatoes, so that u can stir it in with the avocado. now make the dressing, 1 lemon, juiced, add 1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic to the lemon juice & empty it in to the dip. finally add about a teaspoon of maddon salt to the dip & stir vigorously. Done :) very simple, yet more delicious than most avocado dips in the supermarket, or Mexican restaurants. enjoy :) note: taste may very depending on the avocado & cherry tomato variety, so experiment with different varieties, until u come up with the golden recipe.

Thank you for the tasty recipe! Only thing under ingredients is salt, maybe update so less kitchen-inclined folks don't get confused!
