Ranch Dressing

This is soooo good on a salad with romaine lettuce, artichoke hearts, black olives, fresh red bell pepper & crispy tempeh "bacon". I also sometimes add sprouts or carrot shreds. Also, it's a great snack with veggies...I make this every week!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft tofu
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo (Follow Your Heart brand is my favorite)
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon agave or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Directions

  1. Puree everything together in a food processor or blender til mixed well & smooth, doesn't take long!
  2. This dressing is so easy to toss in a salad because it's not a super thick dressing like some ranch dressings but it still has a great consistency.
