Bokchoi Avocado Smoothie

All you need is a blender! A raw green smoothie concoction of our native leafy green and avocado and honey. But you can choose any leafy green vegetables you like and mix in any fruit of choice, and preferred sweetener.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bokchoi veggies
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Raw honey

Directions

  1. Really clean your leafy vegetables
  2. Cut your avocado in half and scoop out the meat.
  3. Add water and raw honey.
  4. Blend away and enjoy!
