Here is a nice-looking superhero recipe for any time of year! I got this from Bita Hunt, a macro chef/nutritionist in New York. I haven't tested it yet, but it sounds super simple and yum!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  2. Toss beans and shallots with oil
  3. Arrange on foil lined baking sheet

  • cook time

  • prep time

This is fantastic! Who knew something so simple could be so good?! The onions taste and smell like those evil French's fried onions you get in a can at the supermarket, only way healthier!
