Vegan Macaroni and Cheese - Part 1: White Sauce

I didn't try it, but this recipe is supposed to create a vegan macaroni and cheese... This is the part 1, the white sauce that we mix to the cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Vegan margarine
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Vegan soymilk

Directions

  1. 1.Combine margarine, flour, and salt over low heat.
  2. 2.When it bubbles, gradually add the soydrink.
  3. 3.Cook and stir until it is thick and begins to bubble.
  4. 4.Remove from heat and add the "cheese" of the "Part 2"
