All amounts are aproximations. I threw this together this morning and it was awesome. The avacado makes it smooth and gives those healthy fats. The cranberries add chewy sweet goodness. Blueberries give anti-oxidents and are delish. The almonds give it protien and a nutty twist. It just works.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avacado
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup soy milk (I like Silk)
  • 1/2 ice and water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  1. mix everything together in a food processor or high powered blender
