This recipie is so fun for summer. It is great for the person who burns noodles and likes to cook with the most easiest of recepies. Use an individual watermelon for the recipie below but you can add more or less to your liking or size of watermelon! And everything should be organic...if you can!

Ingredients

  • 1 Watermelon (seedless and any size)
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoons Black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1 pinch Sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 1 pinch Fresh chopped mint
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Directions

  1. Put lime juice and onions in a bowl for ten minutes
  2. Cut melon into cubes and placed in bowl
  3. Add capers, black olives, mint, onion in the lime juice and sunflower seeds and mix together.
