Braised Kale

A yummy side dish

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 4 cups kale, washed and coursely chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom broth

Directions

  1. Heat the garlic and grapeseed oil in a saute pan over medium heat until the garlic is softened, about 1 minute
  2. Add the crushed red pepper and kale and saute for an additional 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Add the broth, stir and cover, Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
