Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies!

A healthy alternative to regular cookies. No eggs, no sugar, no flour, and no butter!

Ingredients

  • 3 Mashed Bananas (ripe)
  • 1/3 cup Apple Sauce
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Peel bananas and mash into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add apple sauce, oats, and almond milk. Stir together.
  3. Add raisins. Stir.
  4. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Mix well.
  5. Use a spoon to scoop small-medium size amounts for each cookie and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

    Regular, or better yet gluten-free regular then they are vegan and gluten-free. I used a raisin medley, cranberries and chocolate chips they were FAB!

    What kind of oats are best for this recipe? The quick cook kind or regular thick oats? I'd love to make these for holiday gifts.

    i really like this recipe it was super easy . i added dairy free choc. chip and crasins the kids loved them.
