Post Workout Smoothie

Although I call this my workout smoothie, this is also my breakfast and dessert smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Raw organic peanut butter
  • 1 serving of raw organic peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in the Vitamix!
