The super berry smoothie

This vegan organic breakfast smoothie is my morning staple, it is full of nutrients, superfoods, vitamins and minerals. It also has some great detoxing to it too from the greens such as chlorella, spirulina, wheatgrass, chia seeds and acai berries. It's quick, fun and easy to make also my 3 year old veg loves it too. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Organic almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Super greens powder
  • 2 tablespoons Acai berry blend powder
  • 1/2 cup Organic strawberries and blueberries
  • 1 Pro-pre biotic capsule emptied into jug
  • 2 tablespoons Organic raw unrefined coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Flaxseed or hemp oil
  • 1 teaspoon Brown rice syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a large jug and blend well with a bar mixer or blender

    Hi Jane, I add it for the nutrition as well as the taste, it can harden a little in the smoothy, like little clumps but its pretty yum !!
