Gomasio

I make this gomasio with added garlic as it gives it more flavour, I eat it with most cooked dishes and by itself, I love it but be warned it is totally addictive. ;)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Organic sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Garlic, sliced length ways
  • 1 tablespoon Sea salt, grinded

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan on medium heat keep stirring until golden brown, they get very hot so I put them straight into a bowl then let them cool for about 15 minutes then spoon them into a glass jar with a lid.

    Totally addicting! I have also used hemp seeds instead of sesame seeds, just to switch it up. Very yummy! And dulce flakes as well as the sea salt. YUM!
