This will yield roughly 16 ounces of tahini dressing and will last in the fridge for up to 1 week:
- 9 oz tahini
- 6 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz water
- 1.5 oz shoyu or tamari (aka soy sauce – I love Mitoku Yuuki Kanazawa Shoyu)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy fresh or store in the refrigerator for ~5 days.

P.S. More on tahini! When I’m spreading it on bread with jam or eating it by the spoonful 🙂 Brad’s Organic and Soom are my ultimate favorite brands…but this tahini (Once Again) is yum and great for dressing!
