I made this one up at the last minute for Thanksgiving desert. After cooking dinner for three hours I have to say this little 8 min. delight was the best part of the meal!
Ingredients
1 Sweet Potato
2 tbsp Vegan “Cream Cheese”
1 tbsp Black Strap Molasses
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
Wrap potato in foil
Bake for 1 hour
Split potato in half and put in two bowls
Smear “Cream Cheese” on each half (more if you like)
Drizzle molasses over each half
