I love a book that is easy to read and is truly informative and My Beef with Meat by Rip Esselstyn is just that. In this followup to his first book, The Engine 2 Diet, Rip talks about the benefits of a plant-based diet and also busts some misconceptions about the vegan lifestyle.
I especially like Rip’s easy-to-understand and conversational writing style. He tackles the subject in such a relatable tone, plus he’s is a cute fireman- what’s not to love?
Whether you are currently following a plant-based diet or are considering the transition, I recommend this book. And it’s a great book for the dudes!
