Reading about the success that you are all experiencing with The Kind Diet makes me so happy, and is so inspiring to me, and to everyone else in our community that we have here! Here are a couple of super inspiring stories from community members here on The Kind Life.

“I am so glad to see there are others out there who are near where I am at in their journey. I have over 100 pounds to lose, and started eating a vegan diet 4 weeks ago. I’ve lost about 20 pounds, but more importantly, I just feel better, in every way. I am more peaceful, more energetic, more focused, more even.I made today the day I was going to begin living like a Superhero. I have always believed that if you don’t have the life you want, you need to start living like you do! So off I went to the grocery store where the only interesting things I could find were Miso and Nori. We live about an hour away from Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s, so I feel a road trip coming on. But I would not be stopped on my way to a Superhero dinner. I cleaned out the crispers, making a dog pile, a compost pile and a wow that would make good soup pile. It was a good soup, but when I added the miso for the last 3 minutes and then shredded some Nori on top, it became amazing, warming, darn I am so proud of myself for cooking with stuff I have never used before soup! It was a good day!I hope all of you had wonderful days as well. Tomorrow I continue my quest for plums and daikon. It can only get better!”

“Hi – I’m about through week 1 and am already showing some positive changes. My eyes are much brighter and I have quite a spark inside. I feel so much more peaceful too. I’ve been eating more wholegrains, less sugar, more veggies, and limiting alcohol (except last night at the neighborhood beer fest – yikes!). I don’t want to get on the scale for another week or so, but my jeans are already feeling looser! I am hoping to get rid of the excess sludge of 5 pounds or so. Anyone else having any noticeable changes since living a more vegan lifestyle? I would love to hear stories of others as they make the change – it’s so motivating!”
