I was recently given the book Bold Vegan: Food for the Body and Soul. The people who created it seem very sweet and it looks so well done. Not only is the design and photography beautiful, but the recipes look yum and comforting! It’s more a flirt book rather than superhero but I can’t wait to start trying them out!
Apart from the book’s recipes and design, what really stuck with me was Molly and Luanne’s (the authors) story about quitting their jobs to move and create this book together. They are self published compassionate individuals who are living their dream!
