Once upon a time, my husband’s favorite treat was Ben & Jerry’s Coffee Heath Bar Crunch ice cream. I want him to have his treat for Father’s Day – but kind-style! Does anyone know of a good vegan alternative to this? Is there a veg Heath Bar I could mix up with an awesome veg ice cream? Or is there a Ben & Jerry’s like vegan ice cream company I don’t know about? Help!
