Almond Butter Banana Smoothie

A rich delicious smoothie loaded with antioxidants, Omega-3’s and healthy fats. I created this smoothie to help keep me satisfied for hours at a time in between meals. It’s very rich in nutrients and tastes wonderful.;)All ingredients are Vegan, Raw and Organic.

  • Almond Milk 1 cup
  • Medium Banana 1 na
  • Flax Seed 1 tbsp
  • Raw Sunflower Seeds 2 tbsp
  • Chia Seed 1 tbsp
  • Raw Honey 1 tbsp
  • Raw Almond Butter 3 tbsp
  • Himalayan Sea Salt 1 pinch
  • Cinnamon 1 pinch
  • Vanilla or scraped Vanilla Bean 0.5 tsp
  • Ice 1 cup

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in your blender until smooth.
