I made these this weekend. Perfect texture – firm but not crunchy. We used Frank’s Buffalo sauce and it was too hot for our teenager -but we loved it! Try a milder sauce if you aren’t into super heat! Celery and dip were the finishing touches – absolutely wonderful. We will do this recipe again.

Crazy good! Even my meat eating husband liked them. Would definitely work for an omnivore crowd…I’m making them for super bowl. I’m actually a little obsessed with them.

      Catherine! Whats chopped 1 na?

  • Ruthless in MT

Listed 4th in the ingredients says “chopped 1 na”. What does this mean?

I’m pretty sure she is referring to the size of the chopped cauliflower

I think that it’s a typo, the closest I could think it is 1 chopped onion?

    • Clara

she uses it in other recipes…

Mine were a little lumpy the first time around but tasted delicious. I will make them again for the Super Bowl tomorrow!

I think that chopped just refers to the head of cauliflower. Mine turned out awesome! Two high fives from my guy! I did you a little extra nut milk to thin out the batter.

Don’t think I did it correctly, but it’s edible. I love cauliflower, no wrong way to make it.

the 1 na I’m pretty sure refers to the cauliflower; 1 head and the na is n/a meaning no tsp no tablespoon, no measurement applies, and should be on the previous line with the cauliflower
