Breakfast Rice Pudding

This was soooo good. it almost tasted like fall in your mouth and i felt so full after a small amount :)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla rice milk
  • 3 tablespoons Rasins
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. combine everything in a pot and cook uncovered for 20 minutes stir occasionally. can eat hot or cold I also put some fresh cut up granny smith apple on top ... you could use any fruit.. I hope you enjoy it as much as i do!!
