VEGETARIAN PAELLA ***************************** 2 oz paella rice per person chopped red pepper one red onion slice runner beans cup of peas cup of fresh chopped tomatos paprika tumeric sliced quorn fillet - defrosted sliced frankfurters x2 - defrosted olive oil / butter

Ingredients

  • 1 pint Veg Stock

Directions

  1. Fry onion and peppers.
  2. Add tomato and rice and fry for 4 minutes.
  3. Add quorn and frankfurters plus peas and beans.
  4. Add paprika and tumeric.
  5. Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.
