Nestles Chocolate Cream Pie

This is a heavenly chocolate cream pie with the traditional American concept for chocolate cream pies in mind!

Ingredients

  • 20 Grahmn Crackers
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1 Bag Nestles Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 quart Heavy Cream
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter

Directions

  1. Mix grahmn crackers and nuts in a food processor
  2. Pour the melted butter into the processor till the crust comes together
  3. Press the Grahmn cracker/nut mixture into a pie dish.
  4. Bake the crust 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let cool.
  5. Melt 3/4 of the milk chocolte in a double boiler over medium heat.
  6. Whip the heavy cream till stiff peaks. Divide in two bowls.
  7. Let melted chocolate cool a bit, then mix it into one of the bowls with the whipped cream in it.
  8. Pour the chocolate cream into the cooled pie shell, use a spatula to even and mound the cream.
  9. Heap the other bowl of whipped cream onto the pie.
  10. Top with whole chopped or gound reserved chocolate chips.
  11. Chill and serve when ready! Enjoy! God
