chocolate amaretto mousse

the most AMAZING, sinful tasting chocolate mousse.... you can sub water for the disaronno if you don't want the alcohol. i have heard that if you use water instead and don't chill long enough you may taste tofu, so make well in advance if you plan to use water. otherwise, it tastes super duper indulgent! enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 1 package silken tofu
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Disarrono

Directions

  1. melt chocolate in a double boiler
  2. blend in food processor
  3. chill for at least 1 hour. best if chilled at least 6 hours.

    5 min.

    6 serv.
