In my daily fruit smoothly, I include ingredients such as one whole banana, 2 cups of orange juice, a tablespoon of Acai juice, a dash of lemon juice, a quarter cup of grape juice, a cup of frozen berries that include strawberries, 3 pieces of mango, one piece of peach, one piece of pineapple, to create this and a scoop of melon. Put in Blender on "high". I followed this up by eating 3 Medjule dates. this is my gorgeous breakfast that I look forward to every morning.!! You can start off by eating an apple 1st if you like
