for the salad, you'll need mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, lebanese cucumber & avocado, cut it all as u wish, small or large chunks, and toss it in a bowl. buy or make some humous, vegan or vegetarian sausages, i like the ones that have herbs in them, and hash browns. buy some fresh lebanese bread. ok before we put it all together, u need to make my simple but delicious dressing. fresh lemon juice, as many as u need, for the amount of people u are serving, usually 1 lemon serves 2 people, add almost equal amounts to the lemon, extra virgin olive oil 60/40 lemon/oil, the better the quality, the yummier the taste, then add half a teaspoon of crushed garlic, for every lemon you've squeezed, and give it all a good stir. the only other ingredient you'll need is MADDON pure & natural sea salt flakes, which u will sprinkle over everything, once you've loaded it all on to the leb bread. apply it all to the sandwich as u wish, but usually i start with spreading the humous, then placing the sausage/hash brown, topped with mixed salad, sprinkled salt, and 2 or 3 teaspoons of that yummy dressing, and now you're ready to EAT, a healthy yummy vegan/vegetarian sandwich, depending on what sausages u use. enjoy :) u can cook the hash brown/sausage, while preparing the salad, and other ingredients, total time 20mins max
