these require a food dehydrator but believe me they are worth it and very easy to just walk away and let them do their thing. delicious flavor

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon large bunch kale
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. rinse kale and break into small as even as possible pieces.
  2. mix all other ingredients together in a blender or magic bullet.
  3. pat dry the kale, drizzle mixture over kale and mix until well blended
  4. set food dehydrator on 115 for 4 hours or until crispy.
  5. enjoy.
