Banana Berry Smoothie!!

This smoothie is best when lightly blended... you can eat it with a spoon and it seems like a dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium banana
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Frozen Berries
  • 1/2 cup non dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon Fruity Sorbet/Vanilla Soy Icecream
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Flaxseed

Directions

  1. Mash banana with a fork
  2. Mash berries with a fork (after defrosting for about 10-20 seconds... if you don't do this then you'll break the fork!!) If you use fresh berries, add some crushed ice.
  3. Add all ingredients to a bowl or blender. I have an electric cake beater which I use. Don't mix this too thoroughly if you want to eat it with a spoon!!
