Grilled Cheese (daiya) with tomato and veg bacon

I went out to brunch with some non-vegans to a non-vegan restaurant and my friend had a grilled cheese with tomato and bacon and I thought I could make that vegan style, so I did and it was really good!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 5 strips of veg bacon
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 handful of daiya cheese
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter

Directions

  1. Butter bread. Lay on frying pan open face.
  2. Place cheese on both slices of bread
  3. While the grilled cheese cooking; cook the veg bacon in another frying pan
  4. Once the cheese has melted and the bread is grilled to your liking; add the veg bacon and tomato put sandwich together and enjoy!!!
