Fried Tofu dipped in Soy Sauce

Incredibly easy Tofu recipe for when you don't have time or simply don't feel like cooking! Ingredients: - Tofu - Soy Sauce - Oat Bran - Oil - Salt (optional) To serve with: - Chopped tomato - Vegan nachos and Guacamole - Other vegetables that you like (e.g.: raw green pepper)

Ingredients

  • 3 Tofu Slices
  • 1 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tomatos

Directions

  1. Make three thin tofu slices and let them in Soy Sauce for about 10 minutes, turning them around from time to time.
  2. Prepare a pan with a bit of oil and fry the tofu slices. You can add some salt if you like but the Soy Sauce gives a great flavour so it's up to you.
  3. When they're nicely toasted take them out of the pan and spread some oat bran on top of the tofu.
  4. Serve with some chopped tomatos, vegan nachos with guacamole and other vegetables that you like (e.g.: raw green pepper).
