Antioxidant Smoothie

A quick delicious healthy berry fruit smoothie. Great for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Organic Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
  • 1 cup Organic Rice Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Honey

Directions

  1. Add ingredients in order given. Blend until smooth. I usually have to stop and shake my blender in between! Enjoy!
