Hot Fudge

I have a huge sweet tooth so I came up with this on the fly and it was amazing!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Carob chips
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened plain almond milk

Directions

  1. Add the chips and the almond milk to a small pot on low heat.
  2. Stir rapidly and consistently until the chocolate is melted (if there are some lumps, that's ok). Make sure to keep stirring so it doesn't burn.
  3. Remove from heat and continue stirring to remove any extra lumps.
  4. Pour on soy ice cream! (or whatever else your heart desires)
